Who we are

This website is run by Freestyle Kitchen Studio Ltd (company number 06344616), trading as Freestyle Kitchens, Bedrooms & Studies. Our registered office is 36 Crescent Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1RL. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in our showrooms.

Our showrooms are at 53 Broadwater Street West, Worthing BN14 9BY (01903 215550) and Unit 2, Portfield Trade Centre, Bognor Road, Chichester PO19 8NS (01243 776000).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and home address.
• Details about your project, such as the room, timings, budget, measurements, plans, photos and notes from our conversations.
• Order, payment and installation records if you buy from us.
• Reviews and messages you send us, including through social media.
• Website information, such as the pages you visit and the advert or website that brought you to us. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them (see our cookie policy).

How we use it, and why

• To answer your enquiry and arrange your consultation: because you’ve asked us to (steps before entering a contract).
• To design, quote, supply and fit your furniture: to carry out our contract with you.
• To keep records for accounts, tax and guarantees: to meet our legal obligations and our legitimate interests.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising: with your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To send offers and design inspiration by email or text: only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what’s needed, with companies that help us run the business. They include:

• our website and form provider (Wix.com);
• our fitters and delivery partners;
• appliance manufacturers, if you claim a cashback or promotion;
• our accountants and IT providers;
• Google and Meta, for website analytics and advertising, if you’ve accepted those cookies.

We never sell your information. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an order are kept for up to two years. Customer and order records are kept for six years after your installation, for accounts and guarantee purposes. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it. You can also object to how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, or withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email kitchens@freestyledirect.co.uk or call either showroom. We’ll reply within one month.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
